Well. to my surprise I didn’t make any use of that guarantee because BTFFTM actually is a great book. Tom Venuto seems to be a great bodybuilder and author who knows what he’s talking about. While reading his book I got the impression that he put his entire knowledge in those pages. He covers every little detail leaving no unanswered questions and the way he does it is just great. Fine written simple terms without fancy expressions newcomers need to look up.

What could be a little bit overwhelming is the huge amount of information you get at once. As I said Tom Venuto covers every detail but sometimes he spends too much time writing about things which are not necessary but useful to know. So if I had to name something negative about BTFFTM then it would be the fact that it contains too much information.
